We have extensive experience of acting for both Landlords and Tenants in relation to commercial leases and domestic dwellings. Our range of work includes Local Authority accommodation and we have experience in Housing Association matters.

For a Landlord we can prepare an up to date and customised Tenancy Agreement for your property and advise on the appropriate procedures for granting a tenancy and obtaining possession in due course.

For the Tenant, we can advise on the nature and effect of any proposed agreement and on the Tenant’s rights and obligations under an agreement.

In the event of a dispute, we have experience in representing both Landlords and Tenants in proceedings.
